Full program description

At the National Archives and Record Administration, our mission is to "We preserve, protect, and share the historical records of the United States to promote public inquiry and strengthen democratic participation." But, its not always easy to find the documents that one document you're looking for to support the lesson plan you're making.

In this course, you will explore how to access the primary source material at the Lyndon Baines Johnson Presidential Library and at the National Archives and Record Administration. It's a vast database of possibilities and could prove cumbersome to someone without knowledge, so join us to learn how to work smarter and not harder to provide your students with quality primary sources to learn from.

5 CPE credits will be given via certificate upon completion of this course
